Thanksgiving Turkey- Big Green Egg (Nov '12)
While cooking this year's turkey on Thanksgiving, I thought I would do a "photo blog" of sorts... and since this is the first time using the Big Green Egg to smoke it, I needed something to do for the three hours it took. I've added a short caption to each picture for your reading pleasure.

And... done. This has to be one of the best looking turkeys around. The skin was super crispy: when I started cutting it, the smell was unbelievably smoky. Happy Thanksgiving!
