Iceland: Part One

The first four days of our Iceland trip are shown here; Reykjavik - Snaefellsness Peninsula - Kirkjubaejarklaustur. Please read the description of the pictures to get a narrative of each part of the trip, I'll do my best to describe the scenery you see in each shot!

From there, we drove south along the F-road (F-roads are un-maintained dirt roads) 550 which cuts through the central highlands of Iceland. This road was absolutely incredible; we only saw a few cars in a couple of hours, and it felt like we were driving on the moon.
