South Carolina in December is still full of colors if you look in the right places. Specifically around Charleston and Beaufort, the sun sets in a different place and shines light on areas that typically don't see it other times of year. The lowcountry is a very special place and is beautiful like no other strip of coast line on the east coast. These pictures were taken around Beaufort and Charleston during the week following Christmas 2010.
